Night shift

I'm in the night shift today.There is a new computer system on work in my hospital.Most doctors and nurseries don't know how to use it.So we have a lot of works to do.Another people working with me tonight.
One doctor said I have to write a case(I don't really understand what you mean) in 20 minutes but it's an hour now.
In my opinion the new computer system is better than the older one.We don't skill(I don't really know this word) it.
