We have supplied materials as well. As a contractor you will make CIS deductions from payments to us after taking off the cost of any materials we have supplied. I hope it helps to make the invoice more clear for you.

Oh, I see; the person receiving the invoice needs the information for another purpose. I have not seen "CIS deductions" before so I didn't know how to interpret it. You have written this very nicely!
