On May 18, Switzerland held a referendum on introducing a minimum wage of 22 Swiss francs (2500 Japanese yen) per / an hour. As a result, Voters ended up rejecting this proposal but it was extremely surprising for me to find out that most workers are paid almost as much as near to the standard amount in the proposal. (or just, "near to the proposed minimum wage")
