The "Parental Control" application, secures a child's smartphone or tablett.
Once you have installed the Parental Controls, all applications is are secure, based on the selection of filters via on the parent's (this is assuming you are referring to only one parent) dashboard.
Parents of a younger child could then monitor their child's application use and behaviour. (or, to refer to multiple children, "Parents of younger children could then monitor their children's application use and and behaviour/behavior.)
