ABOUT ALBERT EINSTEIN
Albert Einstein was known as a genius and I think he was. Now, I am going to write a page about Einstein’s life. Albert Einstein was born on March 14, 1879 in a town called Ulm, Germany. His father owned an electrical supply store, but he didn’t have many customers, so his shop failed. After that, Albert and his family had to move somewhere in the woods. Soon afterwards, his parents had another baby, who was named Elsa.
Elsa and her genius brother spent their entire lives caring for each other. Albert was always so bored at school that even became a dropout. When he was in high school, he decided he would have a better education at home. This was when his uncle became his tutor and first teacher of physics and geometry. After completing his education, he went to a college where later he became a lecturer. While in school, he met a student who admired him, named Mileva. She later became his wife and the mother of his children.
Albert was the teacher of physics of that same school and became the father of two children: Eduard and Leiserel Einstein. Sadly, Albert never had time in his life for his children, because he was always working in his office on one of his most famous works: E = mc² (energy equals mass squared). With this formula, he proved that Newton was wrong. When World War I broke out, Mileva divorced him because of the war. Einstein thought that by using his equation, he could create massive amounts of energy for public use. Later, the American government weaponised this idea and called it the atomic bomb, with the potential to wipe out a whole town.
The first time the Americans used the atomic bomb was in Japan, which killed and injured many people. Albert sent a message to the president of the United States with the title: “The worst mistake of my life”. Soon after that, Albert died on April 18, 1955 in Princeton, NJ. Before his death, his last wish was: “To not have a grave, no memorial and no museum in his office or home”.
