Overall, water was mainly used by agriculture in the last centry(1900-2000), while the figure for domestic use was the lowest, although it saw an upward trend in this period and the account of water consumption of Brazilian was much higher than that of the residents of Congo in 2000.

This is excellent English writing! Your use of vocabulary and sentence structure is also really great! Some of the corrections I made were not necessarily incorrect, but changed to make your writing flow a little better.

A note: the word "account" is usually used as a record of something such as "an account of the meetings". It can also be used as a verb: to give an explanation for something, "she accounted for the missing papers". In contrast, the word "ammount" reffers to how much or how many.

Does this help? I may have misunderstood your use of the word, I appologize if so.

Overall, this is really great writing, good job!
