I have to pay bills which is only acceptable by cheques and these bills are already delayed due unavailability of cheque book, I am suffering from stress due to the non-payments of bills. I am your customer/client from last five years this type of incident was never happen in the past anyway please tell me in writing how long it will take more time, also explain why my cheque book is so late and more importantly what action will you take regarding this matter? Dear Sir, 


I am writing to complain about your poor customer service. I had ordered a cheque book by filling the appropriate form when I visited there about two weeks ago. Unfortunately, I did not receive my cheque book until now. I did not even receive any letter from the bank regarding this matter. (using "not only.. but also".. here seems more professional I guess.)


My bill payments are only acceptabed by cheques and they are already overdue because of unavailability of your cheque book. I am suffering from stress due to the non-payments of bills. ( Instead of this sentence I would probably say: "I am under a great pressure since I have to pay late fees if I cannot pay my bills by Friday." Or something like that. )


I have been your customer/client for the last five years and this type of issue had never happened to me before. Please let me know how long it will take for you to send me the cheque book/ or to have my cheque book ready.  I would be also thankful if you could tell me what action you will take to solve the problem as soon as possible.
