It's quite difficult to explain. Directly translate the word, 하긴 = As matter of fact. But there is a slight difference. Let's suppose you are arguing with your friend,. At first you don't agree with her opinion. But after you listen to her, you've changed your mind in this case you can use 하긴 in first-sentance to agree her view
