Food in Spain

I like cooking, In Spain, food is spectacular, each region have has different typical dishes. The main feature is the fresh product. Fish in the south and north coast, seafood in Galicia, meat in Castile, "paella" in Valencia, in addition, each region have has different stews. Spanish food is rich and varied.

Unfortunately, a lot of regional dishes are disappearing, because people only eat pre-cooked meals or fast food (pizza, pasta, burguers). The Spanish cook need Spanish cooking needs time to get a good taste, and people don't have enough time, but eating typical food is healthy.

Postscript: I love fast food and international food, too.
