We often quarrel.is now among the cold war.A fewer days ago ,she knew she was wrong but she never apologize to me. I really want to ask her the face is more important than friend？Im very sad about our relationship and dont want to lose this friend and i dont know how to do it

I quarreled with my friends last week because when we talked on phone, she hung up the phone when we were not even finished talking. we were not finished our talk she was hung up the phone. She This behavior annoyed me makes me very angry . She is a hot-tempered person. her temper is not good. We often quarrel. is now among the cold war.

A few fewer days ago, she did not apologized even though it was her fault. knew she was wrong but she never apologize to me. I really want to ask her: the is face is more important than friendship？I'm very concerned sad about our relationship and I dont want to lose this friendship but and I don't know how to reconcile with her. proceed do it
