You need a textbook. The University of Texas has put their entire first-year course online. You can download the textbook in pdf form, and you can access the audio and video files online or download them. Here is the link: http://www.laits.utexas.edu/persian_teaching_resources/
@Amir: I have seen that course you mentioned, and it looks good. The problem is that the start page is entirely in Farsi. To use the course, an English speaker needs to feed the page into Google translate to find out where to start learning the script :P Someone should suggest multi-language start page.options.
