Pian Er Chuan (片儿川），a Hangzhou local food
Today, I tried a Hangzhou local food - Pian Er Chuan (片儿川), it's a style of noodle soup and it's very delicious, I like it very much! I like the pickled crispfolia（雪里红）and bamboo shoots inside the soup. please go to try it when you travel to Hangzhou one day !

Pian Er Chuan—basically noodles in soup with preserved veggies, sliced pork, and bamboo shoots—is a classic local dish here in Hangzhou. If you’re visiting, you should also try some other local favorites like You Dunzi (fried turnip cakes) and Cong Bao Hui.
