Go to "Language partners" and find the people who speak German.

Second option: You can buy "Language Hacking German", you can find it on amazon  

or you can use "Teach yourself German" book, that is very very good. 

Third and the best option: You can book a lesson here on Italki:  https://www.italki.com/teachers

Fourth option: Install the app tandem and find some native speakers.
