Phrasal verb: Get on with
Meaning: Continue doing something, especially work
Example: I need to get on with my homework project, otherwise I won't finish it for tomorrow.
Phrasal verb: Do up
Meaning: Repair or decorate a building so that it looks attractive
Example: We are going to do up your room this weekend.
Phrasal verb: Clear up
Meaning: Make a place tidy by removing things from it or putting them where they should be
Example: I spent all the morning clearing up the mess in her room.
Phrasal verb: Go on
Meaning: continue
Example: I got bored with the film because it went on for too long.
Phrasal verb: Wear out
Meaning: Make someone extremely tired
Example: Mati had little sleep because she felt wore out.
Phrasal verb: Pick up
Meaning: Collect (or go and get) someone or something
Example: We will need to pick up some more pots of paint.
