I did two years of studies in my country at the State University, in the faculty of foreign languages. So I have a good level of English.

I'm not sure what you meant by "I'm originally Russian."  This would suggest that you are now a citizen of another country.

"I'm originally from Russia."  This suggests that you've moved to another country.

"I'm Russian by origin" or "I'm a native Russian." These mean that you are Russian by birth.
