Ohayou~
(おはよう~)
Kyou watashi wa koohii wo nomimashita. (Today I drank coffee.)
(きょう わたし は コーヒー を のみました。)
(今日、私はコーヒーを飲みました。)
Koohii wa oishii katta desu. (The coffee was delicious.)
(コーヒー は おいしかった です。)
(コーヒーは美味しかったです。)
Please correct me on any mistakes! I put in parenthesis what I was attempting to say if you know English, too! Feedback is appreciated.

It's grammatically good, but I'd recommend sticking to one form when writing. Here, you are combining 『~ます/~です』 (formal form) and plain/dictionary form (no です or ます)
