I(我）   really（真的）   need（需要）     help（帮助）  with the Chinese language.————but if we translate it just word for word，the sentence will be strange.

So i translated it as:“我真的很需要有人帮助我学中文。”

“跟” means “and” or “follow”,is a verb here.And "帮" is also a verb.So you can’t put them together here.
