When we are 'neutral' we have no strong opinion.

for example ,

They were arguing but I was neutral.
I'm neutral about the up coming upcoming election.

Your English is great. Other than that one mistake (which I am sure some native English speakers would make as well), it was well written. Maybe try to look into punctuation more though.
