i have trouble where is chat on which can talk with people who can fluently speak english,a turned the list of visiters, but all need to add as friend,it isn't so convenience to find partner to improve level of practice language

Hover your cursor over the "Community" bar in the pink menu above. A small drop-down menu will appear. Click "Language partners". On that page you can search for other users based on a bunch of criteria that you specify. Happy practicing! :)
