1st lesson topic - Food I'm not a vegetarian and fat man. I used to enjoy meat and fish with drinking some liquor. I had to go on a diet, so I started it a few days ago. I'm going to cut down on drinking soju. The reason for this is I've been drinking too much recently and it has been affecting my health. So, It's very important that I drinking less of it.
