Give up eating rice For Asian people, we almost eat rice every day. Many people think our ancestors ate like that, so when I told them giving up eating rice, they are shocked, confused and even said I am crazy. Hahaha, I started to explain to them, just as I write it here. Yes, our ancestors did eat rice, while the rice is different. What they ate is called Brown rice not the White rice that we eat now. Brown rice and White rice are so different, one is rough and full of vitamins, while the other one is polished, smooth without vitamins. If you don't move a lot and eating too much white rice and other white carbohydrate, you will be lack of vitamins and then it will rise your blood sugar, increase blood fat, damage your pancreas and so on. So giving up eating rice, you eat too much, your body dont need it! Looking around our environment, there is white carbohydrate everywhere, white rice, white noodles, white cookies, drinks, sugars... too much for your body! Stop feeding your body those zero nutrient junk food, for your health, for your life!
