I am preparing the samples for you at the moment. It could be finished it in 2 days, 
however I first need to check your shipping information. of addressee.
Please send me your address and contact number in New Zealand.
Plus, you should pay for shipping so charge and which method of payment is do you prefer? for you?

1.  "information of addressee" is extremely bloated.  Especially since you are sending the email to the person receiving the package.

2. In general, we wouldn't say "You should pay for shipping" as it is very blunt.  Normally we would just write, "How would you prefer to pay for the shipping?"
