A girl who's going shopping with $100 will only buy trousers and a T-shirt, and if she has $1,000 she's also definitely only going to buy trousers and a T-shirt.

She will spend all the money to buy only two things

I meant that how much amount she has will only buy trousers and a T-shirt

A girl who's going shopping with a hundred dollars in hand will only buy a pair of trousers and a T-shirt. Interestingly enough, a girl who's going shopping with a thousand dollars might end up buying the same thing, but of a much higher quality.

Hi Zuad, Here is how I would write your first sentence: "A girl who's going shopping with $100 will only buy trousers and a T-shirt." I'm not sure what you mean with your second sentence. Is she going to buy trousers and a T-shirt with the $1000 also?
