CUSTOMER COMPLAINT Dear Sir/Madam, I’m writing to complain about an incident which occurred during my stay in your hotel on 18th – 20th September, with your room service. I spent two nights in the hotel, and the last night I requested to the hotel staff that they would give me up a wake-up call at 6:00 am, because I was going to catch a plane. I felt extremely annoyed when surprisingly the next morning I received the wake-up’s call at 7:00 am, an hour later than I had requested. I had booked a flight to Spain at 8:30 am; however as owing to the call delayed I was late, as a result I missed my flight then I had to pay an extra charge of 150€ to join a later plane. I feel that the hotel should take responsibility for this incident, furthermore I’m entitle to compensation of 150€ for expenses incurred as a result of the delay. I also wish to express my dissatisfaction with the service, I would ask you to ensure that levels of service are improved in the future. I look forward to your reply. Yours faithfully, Lara M.
