However, I respectfully disagree. The fuctions of teachers are not merely offering information. The teacher is a devine profession for pupils. Although all kinds of information taught in class is available on the Internet, but we still need a guide for our class. Take law school student for example, all the cases discussed in seminars are available on certain website, but it is almost impossible for law school student to learn anything. The existance of a teacher, largely reduce the amount of time you spend on your study, because they are so experienced that can effortlessly guide you to find the easiest way to learn. Teachers are not only responsible for delivering knowledge, but also for cultivating all kinds of ablities and developing a variety of personality traits. The main purpose of education exist in making student prepared for further social life. The experience you have learnt through teamwork in class, under the guidance of your teacher, would definately be a treasure when hunting job in the future, which merely relying on the Internet would hardly require. And most youngsters who stray from their life, are less educated. The abscence of guidance from teachers make them vulnerable to the influence imposed by gangsters.
