When you write simple single sentences (and not a paragraph, where the ideas are connected through a context), it'd be better if you give us the translation so that it'd be easier to correct.

Tôi mua mành mành. Fine, I would use "mành treo cửa" to make the meaning clear.Mày là nhanh. "là" does not fit here, if you want to say "you're fast" (here in a very informal way, since you're using "mày"), it should be: "mày nhanh đấy"
Nên là len này. does not have any meaning
Ai mua len?
Ai may nhanh?
Lan may nhanh.
Ai làm nhà? "làm nhà" does not make sense, if you mean to "build a house" then it is "xây nhà"- "Ai xây nhà?"
Nam làm nhà. - As above, "Nam xây nhà"
