Could you please correct my English mistakes

There was a primary school teacher. In the morning, she gave the children a test. Then she brought all the test papers home. While she was checking the test papers, she started to cry. Her husband was lying next to her and watching the TV. He asked her why she was crying. She said, "In the morning, I asked the kids to write an essay on their biggest desire. One kid wanted to be a television."

Her husband laughed at that kid.

The teacher said to him "Stop laughing and listen to the full story of that kid. He said, 'If I were a TV then I would take a special place in the home. All the family would always be around me. When I spoke, everyone would pay attention to me. They wouldn't interrupt me, or ask me weird questions. After coming back from the office Dad would sit with me, in spite of being tired. When Mum was stressed, she wouldn't tell me off. Instead, she would want to be with me. My brothers and sisters wouldn't fight when I was around. TV makes everyone happy.' "

After hearing all this, her husband said sadly" Poor child! His parents don't look after him at all."

The teacher replied "You know that child. He is our son."

We live a fast life these days. We are always glued to the TV,  mobile phones, social networking sites and the like. But we have forgotten the people around us. We are more social on the internet than we are in real life. We talk a lot over the phone, and have stopped talking face to face. Our life has become easier, but we should give respect and love our dear ones.

If I will be a TV then I will take a special place at home. All the family members will always be around me. When I speak, everyone will pay attention at to me. Neither they will stop me in the middle nor they will ask me weird questions. Dad will sit with me after coming back from office despite of being tired. When Mom will be in stressed, she will not scold me rather she would want s to be with me. My siblings will not fight for being around me. TV will make everyone happy.".

After hearing all this, her husband said sadly" Poor child! His parents don't care for him at all.".

The teacher replied to him " You know who is that child. He is our son.".
