we use them for giving respect
as when you said Mr. Ms. before talking to someone

They are almost synonymous?
Example:
How are you, sir? = ازَيّ حضرتَك؟ = سيادتَك عامل ايه؟
How are you, mom? = ازَيّ حضرتِك؟ = سيادتِك عاملة ايه؟
All of that in Egyptian dialect.
But, in Modern Standard Arabic:
كيف حال سيادَتِك؟
