You are the apple of my eye It's a domestic film and became box office hit recently. Adopted from the true story of director,the story is about high school puppy love, how lead actor and his friend chased lead actress but eventually failed. The boy and the girl did love each other at that time. They, however, just let the chances slipped away again and again and therefore made it a regret. Regret, however, didn't seem to be interpreted in a bad way to the boy. On the wedding of the girl, when the boy saw his lovely girl looked so happy, walking hand in hand with the groom, it suddenly dawned on him that when one really really like a girl, one would be happy,genuinely, seeing her happy even though she's with another man. When I saw this, I recall something I read in the novel" Hotel on the corner of bitter and sweet." I can't remember it clearly but it was like we should not focus on what we should have but what we had had. What made this movie so successful was not only the story but some scenes in the movie. Those scenes aroused audience's sense of familiarity, including myself. The English vocabulary I once memorize, the ancient Chinese poem I once recited... Even though most of us were under huge pressure of college entrance exam, it is my happiest time so far in my life, no kidding! The biggest worry for a high school student is merely failing on the test. But as we grow older, our world become bigger and is getting more complicated. And apparantly, it would become even more complicated after I go to work but all I can to just keep moving forward and learn to handle with those uncertainty. Anyway, it's really a great movie and it remind me of those simple but happy days I had in high school.
