Boring evening

It's a very sad evening. The weather outside is very bad, it's raining and it's cold. I would like to be at home* watching a movie, eating pop corns ^^ but I have to study the whole the afternoon so I hope/wish you are doing better than me 

les deseo que ´verb = hope; 'wish' is more often followed by a clause or noun :a happy birthday, Christmas.

I wish you a nice trip/ hope you have a nice trip.

 However 'wish' is good in unreal sentences :I wish I were rich.

* but if you are at home you should write: I am at home but wish I were /I'd like to be watching...rather than/ instead of studying the whole afternoon.
