You use "used to" for something that happened in the past, for the present you can say " I am used to doing something"
Another thing is that your sentences are so simple, in my opinion, you should write complex sentences.
Example:
Unfortunately, I have a sedentary lifestyle because I spent eight hours sitting and working with my computer every day due to my job.
