In the morning after getting up, we usually “make the bed”. What is the phrase for the action, that we do before going to bed? Turn down the bed? Undo the bed?

Turn down the bed is correct, but more formal. Something more casual you could say is “get into bed”. For example: I get into bed around 10pm, but I don’t fall asleep until 10:30. It’s not the exact opposite of make the bed, but it’s a common phrase we say when we are going to bed. Hope this helps! 😊

There really isn't one. The term "turn down the bed" you may hear in a hotel setting. For example, "the housekeepers turned down the bed as part of turn down service". This would be a 5 star hotel. But really, in your own home, we'd just "get into bed".

There isn't really a phrase concerning that but there is one unrelated, which is "tuck in", which involves making someone, especially a child, comfortable in bed by pulling the covers up and covering them.
