It depends on context we don't have. If 'they' means a band or singer, it means that they perform at them. If it means a marketing company, it means they promote them. And so on. It could also mean that 'they' attend or enjoy rock festivals. This use of 'do' is very often used negatively to express things we don't like or participate in. For example, I don't do roller coasters.
