How often can you meet up this month? How often can you meet this month? Does this sound natural?

Yes, both sentences sound natural. However, note that: "Meet" means any time you see someone or something, while "meet up" is when you plan to get together with others on purpose.

Both are fine. I prefer: How often are you (or "will you be") able to meet this month? How often are you (or "will you be") available for meetings this month?
