If I can speak and write English well, I can get a good job and change my life! English is becoming more and more common in the workplace, and a high English level will bring more change/opportunities (not the same thing as change but fits the context). It also means (that) [a person has/you have] to keep studying. The world always has rules. Excellent people have more opportunities, and it is even better/more helpful if you can speak Spanish too !
