Which one is correct? Shall we ride the seesaw? Shall we get on the seesaw?

Both are fine, but in the US pretty much no one uses 'shall'.

As Dan said, both are correct, but don't sound very colloquial. I would use "want to" or "let's" instead: Do you want to ride/get on the seesaw? (everyday tone) Want to ride/get on the seesaw? (very casual) Let's ride the seesaw!
