I’m studying Japanese and I struggle with using ‘passive’ ~られる. Does anyone have any lessons I can study? Thanks

In case of the られる、please think the following sentences:
わたしはお母さんにおこられた。
わたしはお母さんにほめられた。
でんしゃで足をふまれた。
お母さんに日記を読まれた。
All of the above sentences are targeted to me (わたし).
Read the above sentences.
