why the phrase is 'recycle bin' instead of 'recycling bin' ? I think generally the verb should add 'ing' or 'ed' in a noun phrase? Like 'washing machine'，' So is this a grammar like use 'verb' + 'noun' in a phrase ? If yes, could you give me some other examples, thank u.
