There's a quote that I like.
I tried to translate it into English. Could you please let me know which sentences sounds the best or wrong?
- If you do nothing, nothing happens.
- Nothing will happen if you do nothing.
- Nothing happens without doing anything.
- There won't be any happens if you do nothing.
If those don't sounds natural, how would you say it?

I think the first two sound the most natural.
There is also a *similar* quote from Shakespeare:
Nothing comes from doing nothing.
