It was a little cloudy today. We all slept in and basically didn’t do much. Dad was still grieving; it had hit him hard. MeeMaw was getting more and more tired and sleepy all the time. We understand that. Around dusk, Mom took MeeMaw home for dinner. As usual, Mom made her mashed, nutritious gooey food. MeeMaw ate it all up—a good sign, right? Tomorrow, if the weather is good, I will definitely take MeeMaw out for a nice, long walk somewhere. We can’t let her stay idle; she has to keep living on.
