he has a sight accent that makes it impossible for me (native speaker) to understand - but I think it’s the name of a fish? Because he says … it is the creature responsible. I don’t think he’s saying show personally. But I can’t catch it.

Jao might be the name of a type of fish or crocodile, or he might be saying "show". I.e. This show/ this behaviour that this fish is doing is......
