Can someone please help me translate this sentence?
イギリスでどちら一番良かったですか。
I saw it in an app and the translation was "where do you like the best in England?"
I think that was not accurate. 良かった is "was good", isn't it?

First of all, the Japanese sentence is a bit weird. It should be イギリスでどちら"が"一番良かったですか。
As to the translation in the app, I think that is fine. It is true that 良かった means something was good, but there is 一番 before 良かった. 一番 makes superlative degree, so 一番良い means "the best" and 一番美味しい is "the most delicious".
So if I translate "イギリスでどちらが一番良かったですか。", it would be like "Where did you like the best in the UK?"
