My workation didn't go as planned 这句话的结构我估计你也没有完全看懂，尽管你知道正确的意思，这儿的My workation didn't go as planned =
My workation didn't go as planned.
go 这儿是动词，意思是"进展": how well or badly sth make progress or succeeds(某事进展(或者成功)的好或者坏的程度如何 )
这儿的as = in the way in which(照……方式)。as 是一个连词，后面当然引导一个从句(由于有前句语境往往是省略结构句)，as planned = in the way my workation was planned →
I planned my workation in the way.
我用这种方法规划我的工作进程。
所以 in the way I planned my workation意思是→我规划我工作进程的方法，因此 as planned 意思是→按照我规划我的工作进程的方式。
