"Ye" is often used in olden poetic and religious literature. It's used when referring to more than one person. "You"=singular and "ye" = plural. Eg, the King James version of the Christian Bible makes use of the word. "Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?".

Actually, both "ye" and "you" are plural; the difference is that "ye" is object case, while "you" is the object case. Nowadays, we always use "you" for both subject and object. The singular forms of you were "thou" (subject, tú), "thee" (object, ti, te), and the possessive "thy" (tu). The singular forms are no longer used in everyday standard English, having dropped out of use about 400 years ago as too informal (much as "vos" replaced "tú" in Spanish). Note that "ye / you" is cognate with Spanish "vos / os" (and Russian equivalents), while "thou / thee / thine" is cognate with Spanish "tú / te, ti / tu", as well as the Russian words.
