It says that there is a difference of lifestyle in between people who look aged and one who look young. The lifestyle of people who has aged quickly is as follows 1. Don't have breakfast. Being a lack of nutrients prevents new cells from being created. 2. Short sleep. It causes to go hormone-crazy and decrease the power of immune system. 3. Drink a lot of alcohol. It causes to be dehydrated and your metabolism slows down. 4. Under a lot of stress. It causes to shrink your blood vessels. On a flip side, The one of people who look young forever is that they basically do opposite things to those who look old. On top of that, they often exercise in their day-to-day life. If you get into the habit of moving your hands and feet such as shopping and cleaning, you can maintain the strength of your muscles and make your brain younger. You also can stay positive. I think I really need to alter my diet and lifestyle even more.
