Yes! Many prepositions work:
for, with, at, during, through, in, over

In US English, we usually use the preposition 'on' for exams, so your construction is good per US English convention.
'I did well on my exam.'
'I hope you do well on your exams.'
'I wish you well on your school exams.'
'I wish you well on your exams.' You can also leave 'school' out as it's probably obvious from context.

I wish you well with your exams. (generally)
I wish you well in your retirement. (formal, in = during your forthcoming)
