Can you make a half an hour or so everyday starting Monday to practice with? Can you make a half an hour or so from Monday on to practice with me? Can you make a half an hour or so from Monday onwards to practice with me? Do they all mean the same thing and are they all correct ?

They mean the same thing but the first sentence isn't correct. The reader would wonder "Practice with who?" There's no specified person to practice with. The last two are fine and mean the same thing.
