There should be the stress sign. ['dɪ zɪ]
I think, the variant F is correct.

From my electronic dictionary, the first one, I mean a is the right answer. For me, I have no idea about the difference between i and ɪ ; As for i and i: , I learnt a little, it's up to the location of your tongue and the length of airflow, or something like that. Thanks.
