혹시 (hokshi) = by any chance
Example: 혹시 책 있어요? (hokshi chek isseoyo?) = do you have a book by any chance?
그럼 (keurom) which is a shortened form of 그러면 (keureomyun) = well then, in that case
Example: 그러면 김밥도 좋아해요? (keureomyun kimbap do joahaeyo?) = well then, do you like kimbap also?
