'Tire' is a verb; 'tiresome' is an adjective. "This film is tiresome. It tires me just to look at it." 'Trouble' can either be a verb or noun. "Can I trouble you for a favor?" (verb) "I see trouble ahead for this firm." (noun) 'Troublesome' is an adjective. "The thought of being fired was extremely troublesome to him."
